It was a restrained ceremony because Covid 19 not only severely delayed work, but also limited the posts of some Change managers and the Malagasy authorities.
In addition to all the staff of the Health Center with the Project Manager Dr Pincini and the Health Director Dr Douglas, there were also the CEO of Change in Madagascar M.me Tiana Ralaimanantsoa, the Fokontany of Ampefy Mr Georges Randriambololoniana and the head of the construction company Mr Harizoa Tojo who was able to hand over the keys!
For Change, today was a fundamental moment because we can finally offer patients the possibility of a medical stay and soon also of a post-surgical stay.
