What is the 5x1000 and why donate it to Change?

The 5×1000 is a share of the Personal Income Tax (IRPEF) that the Italian State renounces, to allocate it to entities that carry out socially relevant activities, such as non-profit organizations. Donating your 5×1000 to Change is an act of trust and, as with any donation, we will strive to invest it in the best possible way, supporting the right to health of the Malagasy population. If you don't fill in anything, your 5x1000 will go into the taxes you paid and then it will remain with the State.

The 5×1000 is a contribution that will only cost you a signature, but it will allow us to continue to ensure affordable medical care for the Malagasy population.

How to donate your 5x1000?

1.

In the tax return form (730, CUD) look for the box for the destination of the 5x1000.

In the “Support of third sector entities...” box, enter your signature.

Complete the procedure by entering our fiscal code in the boxes: 974 192 301 52

You can donate the 5x1000 even without filing a tax return. To do this, you just need to:

• Fill in the form provided together with the CUD by your employer or pension institution, signing in the box indicated as “Volunteer Support...” and indicating Change's tax code: 974 192 301 52,

• Place the card in a sealed envelope,

• Write on the envelope “DESTINATION FIVE PER THOUSAND PERSONAL INCOME TAX” and indicate your last name, first name and tax code,

• Deliver it to a post office, to a bank branch — which receive them free of charge — or to an intermediary authorized to transmit electronically (CAF, accountants...).
