The main objective of this expansion was to improve the quality of healthcare services, offering more adequate spaces for staff and patients.
New environments include laundry, changing rooms and showers for staff, a kitchen, a refreshment room, a room for on-call staff, a mortuary and two warehouses.
These spaces will help improve the Center's efficiency, allowing us to continue to offer quality services and ensure an optimal work environment for our staff.

FONDAZIONE PROSOLIDAR ENTITY PHILANTHROPICO ETS is an organization established within the credit sector for the implementation, in Italy and abroad, of solidarity and socially relevant projects, promoting social justice, inclusion and sustainable development.
In it there are, on an equal basis, all the trade unions of workers in the sector itself (through their National Secretariats) as well as, on the employer side, the Italian Banking Association and all the companies that belong to the Association. It is the first and, at present, the only experience, even at an international level, of an entity wanted by the parties to a national collective labor agreement and financed through “match-gifting”, that is, the sharing of the contribution in an equal measure between workers and companies.
